Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be Higher Secondary(HSSLC)  Examination passed with a Degree/Diploma in Computer Application from any reputed institute/organization recognized by AICTE. Candidates should have a typing speed of 30(thirty) words per minute both English and Assamese. Preference will be given to those (i) who have already worked as DEO for CCTNS on the production of proper documents and (ii) who have working experience as a DEO in Govt. an organization for more than 1(One) year.

Age limit: Age limits not lower than 18(Eighteen) years and not exceeding 40(Forty) years as of 01.01.2022.

Salary: Rs.20000/- PM fixed with annual increment @3%

How to apply for Assam Police Recruitment 2022 Sonitpur

1) The candidate should submit his/her BIO-DATA in standard Form Application published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX along with original certificates/ documents relating to qualification, experience, age, and identity proof with two passport-size colored photographs and a set of self-attested copies of the same.

2) The candidates for the above-mentioned post will be selected on the basis of written tests as well as typing tests and viva-voce.

3) The recruitment will be purely on a contractual basis with no provision of regularization.

4) The selected candidates will be initially engaged for 1 (One) year. The performance appraisal of the DEO will be reviewed from time to time.

5) Preference will be given to local candidates. He/She should reside within 2 KM from the place of posting in their own arrangement.

6) No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview.

7) Canvassing in any form shall be treated as disqualification.

8) If any candidate leaves his/her job before one year he/she will not be entitled to an experience certificate.

9) 20% additional candidates will be selected as stand-by.
